2025 continuing education classes
We’re off to a great start organizing our 2025 continuing education classes! HOTMA remains a big topic, so our skilled trainers are incorporating HOTMA updates into their presentations wherever relevant.

Please check out the 2025 Training Calendar, below. The calendar offers a quick perusal of the dates/time frames, registration fees, and the topics of the classes we have lined up thus far. It will change often in the next month or two, so keep checking for an updated version.

The registration flyers for winter and spring are available, below. We’ll be adding lots more classes to the line-up, so please keep checking back!

A note about the PayPal shopping cart: you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to use the payment processor. You can register and pay with your credit card as a ‘GUEST.’ This is a quick and easy way to pay by credit card without signing up for an account. Founded in 2002, the Oregon Affordable Housing
Management Association is a statewide trade association
providing continuing education and advocacy to the owners,
management agents, and housing project management staff of HUD,
Rural Development, Tax Credit, Bond, and HOME-financed apartment
housing for low income seniors, families, and people with
disabilities.
